Week 2 Suggestions:
Continue daily reflection and repeat course for another 7 days.
Increase Daily Double X breath to 10 minutes in the morning.
Add 5 rounds of 10-20-30 daily – in afternoon or after work. After slow long exhale try to inhale as slowly as possible through the nose after the slow long exhale at the end of each round.
Week 3 Suggestions
Same as second week and…
Increase Daily Double X Breath to 20 minutes in the morning.
Add a second deep dive to your week.
